Park models, answered plainly.

What is a park model RV?
A park model is a small, factory-built recreational vehicle designed for recreational and seasonal use rather than as permanent housing. The RV Industry Association publishes an overview of RV types, including park models.
Is Parq selling homes yet?
Not yet. Parq is in its prelaunch period and is working toward a target launch of January 2027. That date is a target, not a guarantee.
How big is a park model?
The RV Industry Association describes park model RVs as built to no more than 400 square feet. Parq's planned footprints sit within that category, up to 399 sq ft.
Do you publish prices?
No. Pricing is handled personally by Alex, our owner, once a model, site and timeline are understood. No prices, ranges, deposits or payment figures are published on this site.
Can I put one in my backyard or use it as a full-time home?
That depends entirely on your county, city and zoning rules. Park models are titled and regulated as recreational vehicles, and we make no claim that they may be used as permanent housing or an accessory dwelling on any particular property.
What does joining the priority list do?
It is a free early-interest list. We record your signup order and use it to decide who we reach out to first. It is not a purchase contract, a reservation of a specific unit, or a delivery commitment.
Can I visit a showroom?
Not yet. Our Kechi, Kansas showroom is under construction and we are not hosting visits. The best first step is a phone call at (316) 669-0800.
