The intent

Factory built. Site considered.

A park model is built and finished in a factory. What happens on your land — access, pad, utilities, local approvals — is planned separately and honestly, with you.

The direction we are exploring moves between warm cream, forest green and charcoal exteriors, with gable and shed roof studies. Pale timber, dark cabinetry and cream stone-style surfaces continue inside. These are proposed concepts, not confirmed specifications or included features.
