What we collect, and what we do with it.

What the forms collect

The priority list stores your name and email address, and optionally a phone number, state, intended use and the model you are interested in. Inquiry and project forms store what you type into them, such as your entity, market, land status, target unit count, timeline and message.

Alongside each submission we store the date and time, the exact consent wording in force and its version, and limited non-personal campaign information. We do not store your name or email in any analytics tool.

Campaign attribution, stated exactly

If you arrive through a tagged link, this site keeps three short values from the web address — campaign source, medium and campaign name — plus the page you first landed on. Only values from a short approved list are kept; anything else in the address is discarded. They are held in your browser tab’s session storage for four hours, are gone when you close the tab, and are attached to a form only if you submit one. No cookies are set for this, no full referring address is stored, and nothing here can identify you or follow you to other sites.

Requested contact versus optional updates

Submitting a form asks us to contact you about what you submitted. That is the purpose we use it for. A separate checkbox, which starts unchecked, lets you additionally opt in to broader Parq updates. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your place on the list.

Who processes it

Submissions are stored in a private managed database and are readable only by Parq. Three kinds of processor are involved: the platform that hosts this website, the managed database that stores submissions, and the managed email service used to send confirmations and internal notifications to hello@parqhomes.com. Each handles the data under its own terms in order to provide that service; we do not control their internal practices and make no guarantees on their behalf.

We do not sell, rent or trade lead data, and we do not publish the list, its size, or anyone’s position in it. Visitors to this site cannot see other people’s submissions.

Removal and unsubscribing

Ask us to remove your details or stop contacting you and we will. Call (316) 669-0800 or use the contact form. Please include the email address you signed up with so we can find the right record.

Security and limits

Forms are rate limited and screened for automated submissions. To count submissions we store a shortened hash of your internet address in a short-lived rate-limit table. We will not call that anonymous: a hash of an address can be worked back to the address, so we treat it as personal data, never attach it to your enquiry, never share it, and it is not used for tracking or advertising. Your entry is saved before any email is attempted, so a failed email never loses your place. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Counting and marketing

We keep a private count of how the site is used: a button click, a form being started, an enquiry being saved, and whether we later decided a project was a fit. Those records hold only the event name, which form it belongs to, the campaign tag from the link you arrived on, and a one-way digest used to avoid double counting. No names, addresses, phone numbers, page paths or internet addresses are stored with them. The digest is pseudonymous rather than anonymous, and we say so plainly. Interaction counts are approximate by design: blockers and closed tabs lose some, so they are never treated as a count of people. These records are deleted on request and there is an executable step to clear old ones.

We never send marketing unless you have actually opted in and that opt-in is recorded. If you ask us to stop, the stop stands: it is not lifted by any later form, and only a Parq person can remove it, with a written note of why, kept in a log.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions while we are still working toward launch and for as long as we may reasonably need to answer you. There is no automatic deletion schedule in place today, and we will not pretend otherwise — removal happens when you ask us, by hand.
