PARQ

Where it could live

The site is usually already yours.

Four settings we keep in mind as we draw the collection. What a park model may be used for on any particular parcel is decided by your city and county, not by us — so we plan the site honestly, with you.

The Backyard

Twenty paces from your door.

A quiet room for guests, or for the work that needs silence. Park models are recreational vehicles, so what a backyard placement allows depends entirely on your local rules — we will talk that through with you before anything is planned.

The Farm

On ground your family already keeps.

Set it beside the pond, facing west. Come out on Friday, stay through the weekend, leave it standing when you go. Land held for decades finally has somewhere to sit down.

The Lake

Your weekend place, considered.

A seasonal retreat at the water, with a separate site-built place for long evenings outside. Access, utilities, outdoor work and approvals are considered for your lot before anything is ordered.

Outdoor-living concept: an approximately 12-foot covered deck extension with fireplace, shown as separate site-built work. Final design, clearances and local approvals require confirmation.

The Mountains

A basecamp with good manners.

Forest green against the treeline. Boots at the door, stone underfoot, one long window holding the ridge. A separate fire pit makes a quiet place for the evening.

Tell us about the land

Send the details and we will follow up.

Access, utilities, slope, setbacks. We are in prelaunch, so this starts a conversation rather than an order.

I am asking Parq to contact me about this enquiry. Parq stores my details privately and uses them only to respond.
