   Describe how the retreat would be used — seasonal, recreational, guest or getaway — and note the questions you want to raise with local planning staff.

   Location and land status

   Share the city or county, and whether the land is owned, under contract or still being searched for. Rules differ widely between jurisdictions.

   Delivery approach and access

   Note road access, gates, turns and slope. A transport professional will need to assess the approach before delivery can be planned.

   Utilities, drainage and site work

   List what is available nearby — power, water, sewer or septic — and how the ground drains. Site work is scoped and arranged separately from the home.

   Timing and collection interests

   Share your ideal timing and which level of the collection interests you. January 2027 is a target launch, not a delivery date.
